That’s right. ‘Refunded domains’ is a concept used by domains tasting registrars. I think I read somewhere that ICANN was planning to withdraw this facility. Anyway, still there are many other aspects of domaining that could be developed using this domain name. Worth low to mid $xx undeveloped.

A refunded domain is one that a domain taster didn't want. So I don't see how it would be worth setting up a site that spotlights these domains. What is the point???

Id have to say reg fee simply because there are other names avail. in this area which would work just as well for dev. Plus due to the fact as someone pointed out ICANN is supposed to be stopping this for the most part in the near future.

As far as the post above mine well tasters are after traffic names mainly thus you can still find nice domains which are being dropped after being tasted.
