When I said looking for xxx offers, I actually mean that. There's lots of end user potential for this. Just look how many refinancing companies there are other there. There's like a few in every city. I'm sure with time you could find one, but I'm a bit impatience and need some money that's why I'm selling. But I'm not going to sell it for 0.001% of it's potential. I'm not that desperate :D
