This is registered with GoDaddy and just expired on 5/1. Since you can't transfer domains that are expired away from GoDaddy, you must either have a GoDaddy account I can push it to or you must first pay me $93 so I can renew it first, if transferring it out to a different registrar. I'm not even certain I can transfer it to another Godaddy account when it's expired but I think I can. But it's worth a shot since it's free to try.
I don't think anyone wants to pay the high renewal fee, so I'm going to close this.
