Redid The Second Website - Please Review AGain

I redid the whole site as everyone was calling it more of Xbox style . Made new headers images and everything is redone. So please those who reviewed it already could you guys revisit it and review it again?

I like the idea, but I think it's poor execution sorry. Below the "What is this Site all about?" should be the same gray. The text, in both the images and in the content, needs some work too. I like the idea of a flashing header, but it stands out too much.

What would you suggest i do with the text blow it up shrink it change color to something else ? if so can u suggest some colors and size for text?

Eeek, runs for the hills. The background is making my eyes go insane. The flashing banners are probably just as annoying too! I also think that 5 or 6 colors for text is a little overboard.

Ummm what year is this? Am I back in the 80s again? Oh wait, no, we're in 2005...where web design doesn't use animations for e-mail and such anymore.

First impression: very cheesy...the background needs to go, the menus need a redesign, and the top animations need to go back and stay in the 80s.

LOL k i go to 70's webdesign then . I assume it needs total redoing the site , but green color people said too Xboxy, blue people say too cheesy , lol i am all confused now what color to choose ? RED buttons and banners?

Basically, the site took more than 60 secs to load for me in FireFox, I have a 2Mbps conncection.

Yes that is another issue , most probably due to clicksor ads cause if people remember my google account got closed saying invalid clicks so had no other choice of putting ads so went with clicksor , cause i want to be able to pay my sponsorer and not leech all the stuff of them. And images are kinda large in size too so that might be another problem yaa it takes me time to load site too i am on 5mb line though.But the overall download speed from the files of the server i get is around 4 to 6 mb constant, so it must be the clicksor ads.

And if someone wants to put some google ads or a little banner there just donate me $50 np per month but the link should be 120 by 120 or 120 by 160 just enough to fit in place of those clicksor ads.
