yes.. but I think rebate or refund is more appropriate. People who redeem coupons refer to themselves as "refunders".

I am always so much more generous with appraisals. I approach it from this angle, if I had an appropriate business to put behind the name, and if no other names are available, what would I pay for that name?

Low $xx is too low I think. If I am putting thousands of dollars into a business then a few hundred to have a business appropriate and memorable domain name is worth it.

You just have to find someone truly interested in developing that site.
