Recommend a PHP Programmer

Hey guys,

It's been such a long time since I've met a skilled AND reliable programmer, I can barely think of a project I've worked with that went without huge delays..

Instead of continuing with this trial&error search for one, I thought I'd turn to you guys for help.

Have any of you hired a freelance PHP/MySQL programmer that was nothing short of amazing? Someone who was extremely skilled, yet reliable and on-time as well?
