Its hosted with Dreamhost and they are having issues with their Nameserver. so the site is very very slow to reach

[1] I'd assume it's a template ... ?
[2] Traffic stats? Revenue stats?
[3] Script used? I'd assume re-sell eBook rights?
[4] A montly cost to re-sell the eBook?
[5] Can you change the price of the eBook?

I bought the site in sitepoint for $95.

Its a turnkey site.

after i took over, i havent done anything with it.

since i dont want it anymore, i am selling it for 50.

basically, you can do whatever you want with it.

my purchase gave me the full resell rights to the ebook, so naturally you have the same.

[A] You have the eBook file, right? What's the extension? Do you "confirm" PayPal transactions and then give a link to the buyer, or send an email?

There is a Zip file (48mb) containing all the ebooks, doc files, PDF etc..
At this moment after payment they are taken to the page to download the file.

But you can change this to your needs i.e. Confirm payments and then send an email.

An admin panel?

No admin panel.
