Can you give us some stats? Income/expenses/net/ revenue split by type - unique visitors - source of traffic, clicks - etc. Anything that can help us evaluate what you are selling.

I am sorry I can not show you any proof because the income that I claim is mostly from the script sold in the site. This website is sold as is including the script. It will be up to you how to improve it and monetize on it. I could have sold the script alone but maybe others want finished product already with a name that's already indexed in Google. Yes, the sript comes with resell rights document. I think someone is selling it here before but with much higher price. It so happens I want to sell the domain which has the script in it, so there lies the difference.

The database alone is worth keeping, with more than 5,000 recipes.
