I believe this offer to be low and have countered accordingly, curious what you guys think.
I initially picked this name up as an expired domain name through TDNAM. I liked it because of the several categories it could fall under. From "it" property being the hottest condos/houses of the moment or even IT - Information Technology going that direction. The question is..... what do you guys think it is worth? It does recieve a small amount of type in traffic, but were talking just a handful (10) a month.
