I don't know if sending to auction will do as well as if you make a simple counter offer. Auctions work well for short domains as they are very liquid and are perfect type of domains for auction. "Deal Hackers?" Never really heard of this term. Can't imagine it will get bids by several users or even more than one. A counter offer will give your buyer an opportunity to purchase the domain from you directly at your desired price (hopefully). How big of a sale are you expecting? IMHO if you send this to auction you will MOST likely not see a sale above $1xx. If you counter offer somewhere in the reasonable range of $200-$300 (as tightaggressive suggested) you have a better chance of selling it at that price to someone who actually expressed interest in it.
My appraisal undeveloped: regfee - low $xx
