I personally find Estibot to be okay for establishing a baseline price reference; however, as you likely know, the true value is what an end-user is willing to pay for it. i have sold domains for $x,xxx which Estibot valued at $xx, and likewise I have had domains Estibot valued at $xx,xxx and I couldn't get move them for that.

I totally agree with you but without BIN, its very difficult to predict what is price you are expecting. I might offer only 99 US $ at this stage.
