I would value .us slightly above .biz.

I don't think the British use words like realty, for instance instead of real estate they use words like homes or properties. If the British among us could confirm, then I don't think the .co.uk is really worth much => wrong TLD

The words 'realty' and 'realtor' are definitely not used in British English. Most Brits wouldn't know what these words mean.

I am not sure I would make that blanket statement. A google of realty .co.uk, brings up an awful lot of .co.uk realty sites.
