I've locked in 100 premium .Realty domains, all dictionary one-word names, carefully chosen for real estate brands and companies. They’re listed on Atom.com and handpicked for the Sapphire marketplace.

What do you think would be a solid average sale price for these?

Here’s the full list below:

Hi

with a $299 renewal fee @ dyna, it's an uphill battle in convincing a potential to switch from their current url to any of those.
none of the big brands need it and, can the small one's afford the expense of above.

some are good keywords that fit like diamond.realty
but most brick and mortar services i've seen use "co" along with realty > ie: taylor realty co

if you don't sell any in-1st year, then renewal will kill a budget,
so you'll need to price most of them low enough to attract buyers

low 4 figs for a few and 3 fig ranges for the rest

imo...

Yes $299 might seem high for average buyers, but for solid brands making great sales, locking in a premium name for 10 years at $2,999 is a no-brainer.

What they’re getting is a standout, brandable name. Compare:

For serious brands, the latter is the clear choice. That’s why I secured these names with end users in mind. If they already own a similar name in another extension, acquiring this one as a premium asset makes perfect sense.

My pricing is also fair. Instead of dropping $50K on a single domain and paying $18 yearly for renewals over the next decade, brands can secure a better, more memorable name for just $8K total - covering both the BIN and 10 years of renewals. That’s still six times cheaper than a $50K BIN. And if a brand feels a $299 renewal is too much, these domains probably aren’t for them. To attract more buyers, I’ve even lowered my BIN and will be doing outbound marketing.

Regarding trademarks, most "Realty" + generic keyword domains have no conflicts - unlike .realtor, which actively enforces trademark restrictions if someone tries to use "realtor" in any extension. That’s not the case here, so new brands can adopt these domains with confidence, without any legal concerns.

Appreciate your suggestions - I might lower the BIN even further today.

Hi

and,
they would be trading their recognized .com extension for something none of their customers knows exist.

also, unless you can register for 10 years in advance today, then the registry might decide to increase renewal or give some of your names premium status with even higher cost, like .co does.

Good Luck, though!

The problem is domain sales are slow, especially in oddball extensions.

Premium renewals, like $300/year, are toxic as a domain investor.

The sell-through rate is too low with domains for that type of margin to really work.

It might work with standard renewals, not $300 ones.

A lot of these would be great combos in .com, an extension with standard renewals and way higher demand.

Are these domains a small percentage of your whole portfolio?

I know a few real estate agents here in Aus who started both small and large brands (including one of the biggest) and none of them care or think about their domain name. Vast majority of sales here come from the MLS system / Domain.com.au / RealEstate.com.au, and database buyers.

US may be different but I've always put RE agents in the same bucket as lawyers as far as wanting to sell to.
