ownthisdomainnow: Real Estate domains are in BIG demand and difficult to find. This one, RealEstateWebs.com is one of the best ones I've seen in a while. It would be better if there was no 's' at the end but still, promoted well, you should easily get $x,xxx. Good luck!

The 's' kills the value a lot IMHO. Still a lot more than reg fee though. I would say high $XXX. Very suitable name to develop a portal towards other real estate websites (but you won't get any backlinks I guess)

and if you're lucky
BoiseRealEstate.com was sold in 2004 for $50.000
