Thanks in advance for any and all feedback. La Jolla, CA, named in 2002 Robb Report 'Best place to live in US'. Real Estate ranging from US$ 1M - 25M. One of the most sought after communities to live in the world. Website highly ranked in Yahoo. Registered in 1999. Most ext. taken.

:hi:

It's not the preferred "LaJollaRealEstate.com" ... but that more than can be made up with effective ranking in the various SE's and promotion, IMHO. If you're getting a good supply of constant Real Estate leads that are keeping you busy, then I'd say you have a winner here! :music: :talk: :imho:

Are you looking for appraisals in order to eventually sell, or just out of curiousity?
Google PR? Monthly stats? Number of unique visitors? Leads per month ... leading to XYZ closings per quarter? Must be a competitive environment, including online, there in and around San Diego?
All the best,

La Jolla is one of the nicest cities in America. While LaJollaRealEstate.com would be preferred, it would also be worth a small fortune in that market.

There are several variations of this term that are developed. There is good potential end user value on this one when you factor in the field and market itself.

Thank you for your reply. Am looking to sell asap. Moving abroad. Very competetive market here. Never properly developed website up until now. # of traffic improving with every week since I've added original content and link building. Ranked in Yahoo #1 with keyword search 'La Jolla and Del Mar homes for sale' and within first 10 with other popular keyword searches. Google ranking still behind (within 100) but hopefully will improve as well. Average unique visitors about 30 per month Jan & Feb 2010, March has doubled so far.
Just want to have an idea of what it's worth.

I'd be looking to sell it to another Broker/savvy Agent in your area ... along the lines of High $Xxx - Low $X,xxx+ in a "Quick Sale", IMHO. Of course, the more contacts and marketing to these folks directly (along with providing them the recent stats and SE rankings, its expected potential, and numbers of verified leads, etc.) the higher the final figure you may receive! :$: :talk:
Again, it's a good domain name ... and it's good timing in this competive market when one really needs a solid online presence. Search who is paying the Google Adwords™ in your region, as well! :imho:

All the best,
Jeff B-)
