I am a mortgage broker primarily (and a domainer on the side) so I definitely see this as a valuable domain. Not sure how valuable but I would think any of the big real estate/mortgage lead generation companies would love to have it ---> Zillow, REALTOR®, BankRate, LendingTree, QuickenLoans, etc. The challenge will be getting to the decision-maker at any of those companies but worth giving it a shot! the real estate is a high paying niche, however most google results are about "real estate closing costs" not about "real estate closing" as a service

I would not conclude the fact that someone registered it so early and held it for so long makes it incredibly valuable (people make and keep all kind of stupid registrations for various reasons), but that it is aged is a plus
