Nice name, I thought about registering that one many times. I'd say it's probably worth mid $xxx to low $xxxx to the right buyer. I'd recommend developing it to a paid directory of Real Estate Agents and get it to the point where it pays for itself.

I think the trick is to mothball it for a year or two and then sell it to a Real Estate Agent with a name like Chuzzlewit & Bealzebob which doesn't work too well as a online brand. More people are going to remember [email protected] than [email protected].
