I use RealChat for my forum, but it's gone as I'm moving servers over. It has a pretty cool interface and features.

I suggest flashchat for all my clients - its cheap (5$) and does the job for many.

It's pretty good but IMO not worth the price.

yeah - the unlimited users license cost a hell lot of money.

RealChat is extremely good software, stable and configurable. I'm selling an ISP
licence for the software if anyone's thinking of starting up a chatroom service.
