ah yeah how does this make money? IT looks like a site made for someone so how can you sell it? What are you selling?

I built this site for my mother in law, she was a real estate agent, she has quit the business and told me to sell the site. As far as a script, not quite sure what you are talking about, basically the site is not set up to make money unless you work for a realator, i guess i could add some addsense adds, and make money that way, but as of right now, its for listing properties and open houses.
