Real Estate module?

I'm developing a real estate web site for a client and would like to get a ready-made module that would allow him to upload/update information on all his listings. Photos, descriptions, prices, and other pertinent information. Do you know of a stand-alone program that I can plug into his web site that would allow him to do this? HTML or PHP would be great.
