Need more info, IMHO ... are you looking to create an lead generator in a specific locale, or would it be less regionalized and that may also include affiliate/revenue potential for mortgages, insurance, so forth? :gl:

I've got about a 10-15 good "regionalized real estate" domain names. All are getting some type-in and I would like to do something more with them if there are good affilate programs.

I would certainly say this is more lead generation.

At Commission Junction, link referenced above, HomeGain™ is paying, I believe, ~$5.00 - $20.00 per lead (depending on the type of lead it is), IMHO. I'd suggest staying on the "regional" theme, putting up some local information and content, news ... MLS Lisitings if you have the licensing, ability to do so, etc. - and then some strategic HG banners/ads (as well as Mortgage affiliate ads) throughout the site(s)! :gl:
Again, if you are properly licensed in those regions ... you may be able to generate better Referral fees directly with other Agents (through their Brokers), IMHO.
What regions do you service, do you have some domain name examples?
What type and volume of type-in traffic are we talking?
