I feel that this domain is hard for a program to accurately estimate. The name read or fail is a phrase that carries meaning and has the potential be sold to a company or some sort of academic organization.

I dont see any value to this domain.
Read Or Fail is like a teacher threating his students "Read or you fail in exams".
Even if you try to sell it to any book vendors/publishers, the word Fail gives a negative impression which really fails the domain itself.

Hard to sell this. Its value is how much the end user(if any) is ready to pay. The exact value is unknown.
