discuss RDNH(?) Attempt: Blueyonder.com

While browsing I found out about the color "blue yonder" so being the domainer that I am, I typed blueyonder.com in the address bar and to my surprise it was another Nissan.com.

Apparently, its owners were harrassed by a UK based company to "forcefully sell" their name. The UK company settled on the .co.uk version of the name eventually.

The reason I put the (?) is because I'm not sure if it only applies to UDRP cases or not.

Just a follow up, since Feb 11, the Supply Chain software company JDA*com change their Brand to "Blue Yonder" and their site become blueyonder*com...
