Develop, develop, develop! Great development potential here, which you shouldn't miss out on. Perhaps it's just me, but 'Rate My' sites seem to be popular at the minute.

To be honest, I really don't see much in it for this name, as far as resell goes. Develop it however, and your looking at a real nice value.

Do you have any plans for it? Perhaps a 'Rate My Rate My' website/directory!?

Web site "rate it" templates are easy to find. Put one up and gear it toward individuals/companies that make web site templates. Great promotional tool. Sooner or later, a web site owner selling web site templates will want it to get control of a potential competitor.

Domain only is low, but a simple development raises the value fast.

$40/$80 domain wholesale/retail
$500 and up - quick development

However, I recall many template whores have PHP web sites that allow ratings for each entry. FreeLayouts.com is a good example.

Also, it's very obvious many template sellers use "trojan marketing" (make ad/site look like info/game, aimed to sell). Your domain name has that appeal.

As stated in the above post, I will be most likely developing this website into a Top Sites List for "Rate my..." sites. It will be PHP based and I am going to try to edit the skin to my liking as much as possible.

As for using it as a directory, a Top Sites List is like a small directory for people who are searching for those great "Rate my..." sites. It will be for all types of sites, and I'm still thinking about making those Adult related Rate My... sites allowed on there.

Any suggestions? Should I let adult rate me sites allowed? Or keep it cool and professional with a general range of regular Rate my... sites?

One is getting a 'The page cannot be displayed'!

As for the adult stuff, you can still have it and be cool and professional. Just sperate it from the other content, so if people want to view it, they can safety with warning, and if people don't want to view it, it won't be in their way.

Also, alot of top sites include loads of pop-ups or flashing on page ads.. Sure, they may bring you in some income, espeically adult ads, but come on, is it worth the hassle of visitors logging off everytime them ads start to bug them!? Don't have ads!
