Have a feeling that you'll see a number of "reg fee" appraisals 'cause of the .ca extension.
In this case I think they are probably right. Canadians might look for a .ca site if they want to buy something online or are specifically looking for Canadian content, but there's no good reason for a movie/game review site to be a .ca

I'd say -- Develop it.
A good name,but best to be developed for major profit.There just isn't really a well developed secondary market for .ca names unless it's something spectacular.
From my own experience,my ca names generate more traffic than my coms....so they are good for parking.
