It's a great name, and could be a great site.
Most likely, no one is searching for this phrase yet.
That makes it hard to say a value.
If someone is working on that exact concept, and needs a domain for their project, it could bring $xxx to $x,xxx.

Nobody is going to buy it from you for any significant amount of money. Some domainer might offer $20 or $50 or even $100 if he wants to develop it. But who is that guy? Maybe he doesn't exist.

It might be good developed. If you're going to develop it, then good luck! If you're trying to sell it, just save your time.

Domainers are not the only buyers.
I don't even count them as sales.

It's not a bad name. And there are ways to develop it. I don't remember anybody saying otherwise.

But you asked for an appraisal of what it would sell for. Counting sites online that probably paid $10 for their domains isn't evidence that someone will pay you $1,000.
