Actually I don't think it's reg fee. But I don't think it's worth much more either... first of all it's a .info domain, which lowers its value considerably. However, a site for weight loss would work very well with this domain.

Undeveloped, I'd say low $xx, POSSIBLY mid $xx
Develop it and sell it all for around low-mid $xxx
