It isn't the best ever and it is still very good so 4.5 from me.

well i havent used any flash-creating software other than FLASH MX 2004 so i cant basically compare it to others; however, i rate it 2/5 coz it's not very useful to users with no knowledge about it. (if there's any easy-to-use software, please do suggest thanks!)

I rate it a 100% purly 5. I've never used a progam as good as Flash MX 2004.
