domain RapFX.com - Just name only (+pr3)

I bought this domain a long time ago, it was an established rap battle forum with over 500 members, the site was put down for upgrades which never happened becaues I was too busy with other projects and had no time - and has since been a blank site.

Can someone please give me guidance as to how much the domain is worth (short letters, catchy) etc.

Hmm, it may just be best to develop it into a site ... I wouldn't accept anything lower than $300 (maybe I just expect too much haha)
