Standard gibberish 4Ls don't even get $500 so I'm not sure why you're trying to mislead new domainers about this appraisal for a 4C. No one on this forum will be paying $500 for that name as a reseller.

Shame on you for misleading others intentionally. I think its bad for NP to have someone spouting lies as facts as you do in chat and around the forum in general.

As far as a real value, you'd be lucky to get low $xx here from a reseller and possibly low $xxx from an end-user (not super likely.)

These names are novelty strictly. But this type of domain almost never sells.
Do your homework.
And there is no scarcity of names like these. Sure, a lot could have been registered. But will never sell.

I wouldn't buy this domain for reg fee, let alone 500 bucks.

It's confusing as hell and there is simply no end user for such a domain.

Can you imagine trying to actually use this domain for a commercial purpose? If you put it on any printed material you'd have to go

"Visit R0AD.com - By the way, the o in road is actually a 0, as in ZERO"

Then on the radio you'd have to go:

"Visit ROAD.COM - But replace the o with a 0"

Both are confusing and sound spammy.

The second would be after a little bit of time looking for prior sales of these type of domains (within a reasonable amount of research time) I could only find s0da.com selling for $125 on flippa

The cooler and more youth interest the better. I am sure b00b.com not available and 'low' offers would be rejected

So bottom line its possible to sell a name like this, but difficult, a hard wall at lowish $XXX
