Whatever you do with it, don't develop it from the movie rating angle! Just parking NC-17.mobi got me a cease and desist letter from the MPAA and a call from their lawyer. It all ended amicably enough with me handing the domain over to them, but I'd advise you to be careful -- they're very protective of their trademarked movie rating system.

I think you could get low to mid $XX for it undeveloped due to the massive RPG gaming genre. However developing it would be fun and worthwhile. Dunno how you'd go with traffic though being such a big keyword and the massive competition, would have to target some long-tail keywords. Nice domain though.
