What's it stand for? I can't think of a meaning for it. I say reg fee to low $xx without a meaning. Hold on to it the extenion is gaining popularity IMHO.

Registration fee, to be completely honest.

You are looking at a less than ideal extension, three letters that hold no general meaning, and no obvious potential for development.

If you're planning on selling it, either to an end-user or a reseller, good luck. You're going to need it.
