He is using a Javascript version of a script like mine, though. Mine is PHP.

Yes I used the same general idea for www.receiveanswers.com -- however we are in no way affiliated. Like p0iz said my script is in javascript; but can easily be made in php. Best of luck on the sale!

Looks like you are just using a simple php array with mt_rand to select a number than just print the corasponding array.
