Undeveloped, I would say this domain is probably worth low $xx.

Looking at the site some, it just looks like you guys say everything undeveloped is low $$ unless it's a LLL.com, LLL.net or such.

I personally think more businesses that are looking to go mainstream are looking for good 2 word combos.
