Quick Redesign/Upgrade Needed - Improve a current site

Basically looking for ideas and a quick turnaround; if you have an idea, shoot me a PM describing the idea and the budget to code. I'm looking for something inexpensive and efficient, but that is an upgrade to what is on the site currently - basically something that gives it a more "finished" feel than the current design.
