Quick question about TRIPLE.COM?

I wanna register a domain name for a long period, at least 8years. And I just found that $5.55 register and renew at TRIPLE.COM. Is anybody here registered at that website before? And is it easily and freely if I want to transfer out to another registrar?

I am using Triple and so far it seems like a decent registrar. The website loads quick, the interface is fairly simple and easy to use. And I'm sure you can transfer out to another registrar later on - I just don't know what kind of hassle it might be.

I heard that they will charge paypal fee once you add fund to you account. Someone added $5.5 through paypal, only 5.05 to his account. And he wrote an email to them, they refund him at last. Is that true? How about yours?

Yes, if you add funds to Triple, they will not pay for the PayPal fees involved. So you may add $5.55 in funds, but because of PayPal fees, you will not get the full amount added to your account.
