Quick question about developing

Hey it would be great if anyone could help me with this query, If i was to develop a site but just a basic directory style thing with links to all subjects how do you set this up (as in get paid for each click). I am aware you can buy these templates but i was wondering how they work and how you get paid. All in all im just a little confused and if anyone can shed any light that would be great, thanks

the product affiliate programs would pay a percentage per sale or lead where the pay per click would share click revenue with you, gotta read each programs terms for how much they share.

Ahh thanks for the reply, do you get a greater proportion of the revenue as oppose to a company like namedrive hosting it for you?

if you are trying to make your own parking pages instead of using a company like sedo, namedrive etc... then yes you would probably receive more income by using an advertiser directly, would depend on the advertisers terms as to what they pay out compared to the parking companies terms, you would need to compare these or give 1 name a test run to see which works best for you, you would have to host the pages yourself if doing this, I would recommend reseller hosting as you could then host many domains all in 1 account to do this, I would still list the domains for sale at sedo or afternic to possibly get a sale as buyers are at those type of sites looking to purchase.
