domain Quick opinion please

Just got an offer of $65 for EDIT : removed on ebay. It is a 2000 reg and a very nice vcvcv. net / org are taken / developed. 1300 a month exact search per Google adwords. Do you think that is too low or should I take it? Thanks,- Bob
