Questions about Sedo..

i recently stuck a couple domains on there for some parking revenue... im wondering... is this the best service to use for this?

and... should i do my own keywords, or let their guys handle it

THere are a lot of Choices I would say Fabulous and Sedo are very strong hearing a lot of good things about Goldkey.

For Poker or Casino names use Fabulous, For Celebrity names or other smaller niches SEDO works best Because it uses Google and there will be more relevant ads they will pay very little but have a higher CTR %.
Number domains use GoldKey, paxton has proven that to me by far using real data.

IMO Pick your own keywords.

i researched and picked my own keywords last night... made a huge difference

I used my own keywords too - using Overture tool. Check out the website in my sig for tips.
