Questions from a newly-minted newbie here:
1) Doesn't it cost the end user something to set up a new account with GD (or another site)? Some forums say "set up an account for the end user," but isn't there a fee to host a domain (or is it covered already because you have already paid the annual fee for them)?
2) Wouldn't it be best to host with namecheap and Godaddy since they are one of the few sites that easily allow you to "push the domain" to another user? I've looked up 'account change' on other sites like Hostmonster and only see a FAQ for transferring your domain over to them.
Thanks for any clarification you can offer!

Keep it simple... (since Go daddy is the big domain gorilla and most people know this already)
In your enduser letter, simply say... "and the domain can be transferred to your go daddy account in a few minutes" .
Most of your buyers like the simplicity of getting the domain a few minutes. Stress that!!
Later on if they say, how do I get a go daddy account ..you can explain the procedures... but dont complicate your sale with that..
(60 day rule applies to all Go daddy names...) and everytime its pushed to another go daddy account they restart the 60 day timer, which is a very very questionable procedure)
Most other registrars abide by the 60 day rule BUT the total hold is only 60 days time regardless how many times its pushed internally...
