Hi,
So i have this domain philadining.com and the website is currently blank with no content.
If i were to build a food blog for Philadelphia and create backlinks, would that increase its value and make it easier to sell?
Any feedback is apprecieated.

It could, but PhilaDining is not a great domain. PhillyDining would be better. I think it would be a lot of work, and not really worth the overall effort. Not that it can't be done, but again...not really worth the overall effort, imo. You may want to let that one go and maybe reg a better domain if that is your goal, to build a blog to sell.
