Where is the best place to put lawsuit like domains relating to health? Sedo? Or Domainhop? I know Domainhop has better RPM rates and is usually higher than Sedo when someone does click, but the clicks are much rarer there at Domainhop. I am also concerned that their click choices aren't very related, though they may be when and if the lawsuit comes into play. Sedo's seem much more related. What do you all think? Sedo uses Google, don't they? Is there a place to get the average keyword bids for certain categories? The domain is already getting a couple of uniques a day, not much, but it's a start.

If the clicks have the potential to be very highly priced (Think mesothelioma, Vioxx, etc.), then you should be aware that SEDO caps your clicks at a very low rate (And my own experience is less than stellar).

If the domain name is straight forward as to what it is it would be promoting, DS isn't a bad idea. DH isn't ideal, mostly because Domain Hop doesn't target very well with ads, mostly because their "bench isn't as deep" (Think basketball). However, if you get a good search term and catch DH on a day where folks still have $ in their budgets to advertise, then DH is by far your best option. Best of luck!

Interesting to know. I had noticed that Sedo never seems to get any click rate higher than 10 cents, which is pretty low for the domains I have on there now. Does DomainSponsor have a minimum amount of domains or a traffic minimum?

Not true. I have some "loan" domains listed at www.Sedo.com, with clicks over $2.00!! Ha, a long domain name www.LoanFinancingCompany.com, but $2.10 a click!!! (only once, though, rats!!) Other loan domains are $1.05, or $1.43 a click!!

True, I've definitely learned more since I started. When I bought most of those domains I didn't know what Overture or link popularity was, so I'm lucky I am getting anything. It's funny, I've worked as a programmer for years on the web doing a custom software solutions for the company I worked for. And in that time, I hadn't payed much attention to domain names as a buying/selling trade. It wasn't until that contract ended and I found myself looking for things to do (in a sort of semi-retirement) that led me to domain names. I know one thing, I'm out of programming, which after 13 years of doing it professionally (on a single system), it's a joy to not have to anymore at least for now.

I don't agree that Sedo has lower RPM than Domainhop. I takes a couple of days to get a keyword change at Sedo but I can never get my keywords updated at DH. MY DH links are totally unrelated to my domains.
