Question about Whois info

Hi Everybody, I have an urgent question about the Whois info on a domain I want to buy:

The domain has an Original Creation Date: 2008-11-12
AND then further down Creation Date: 12-NOV-1999

Why does Whois have 2 different creation dates?
Which is the correct creation date?
Where can I double check the correct creation date?

the original one I guess for it is just developed on the other date. (just my perception)

I'm probably wrong but possible it had been registered in 1999, then dropped at some point, and re-registered in 08?

You might try hosterstats.com for some registration history behind the name. If it is one of the extensions they track it should tell you what you need to know regarding original creation date.

The domain name is currently on autorenew.
If the holder does not renew it, the name will enter redemption status. Then the expiry date will change back to Y-1.
