I have a question about SERP

If I am looking at 3 domains to possibly register, when looking at the SERP results, how important are the numbers?

I'm using estibot and when looking over these 3, one has a serp of 100M, the other 183k, and the 3rd 11.3k.

How important are these numbers, and do they really matter?
