Hello all,
I have a domain up for sale on SEDO.. and some one sent me an offer on it and I countered it with a higher offer. Now if i lower my offer back to the buyer's original offer, will it be automatically sold or does the buyer have to accept it? Please let me know, thanks!

You will have to wait for the buyer to accept your new offer.

But during this time he can only go higher than his last offer, and I can only go lower... so If he already offer that amount.. shouldn't get sold automatically?

Like this:
If he offers 500$
I counter with 600$
Then I lower it back to 500$

if he really wants the domain then he would counter offer a higher amount for it.

He could change his mind and cancel the negotiation after you counter with $600.

He can cancel negotiation but if he want this domain, more likely he will counter with something like $550 before canceling negotation.

other domain offers perhaps... or s/he's just playing mind games with you... or busy.

there could be a million reasons!

accept his offer and as soon as he does, click the button to send the name to auction. In the auction you will get a fair price as more will see the name.
