Question about Pool

I bought 2 domains from Pool last week and have yet to hear from the assigned registrars.

Has anyone else had a similar experience?

Yeah, I never seem to hear from them these days, you should still be able to manage the domains through the pool site, although that seems to be a little tempramental today. I'm sure if you drop the support staff at pool an email they can forward you any details you require.

Same problem here. I won a domain there last week, I have sent 3 emails and never heard back. I checked the who is info and it's in my name, but I do not know how to take control of the domain as they never sent me log in info or anything like that?????

In my case, they claim I didn't provide a valid e-mail address in my WHOIS profile. Of course, they never informed me of same at the time of my signup.

Nor is it like they don't have valid e-mail addresses for me.

Anyway, I'll take most of the blame.
