Question about Google Adwords - Not arbitrage

I was wondering if it was possible to control when my adword ads are run, like I want them to run from 6am-12am US Eastern time. It seems I am blowing my daily budget from 12am-6am on worthless traffic and I rather just be advertising when most of the people in the states are awake.'

Is this possible without having to manually pause google adwords and then resume it?

Thanks for any and all help.

I already did that, and limited down my keywords to more of what I have to offer. But in the middle of the night I am just getting hit and run traffic, very little "on-site" time, rather than during the way where I have a average of 15 minutes per visitor.
