Well, Quality is a brand of the Choice Hotels group, so, there are definite TM issues with this domain.

I'm sure auto generated ads would fill up with ads for their hotels, so stay away from that.

It looks like it's been regged since 2007, so they don't seem to care so far about the name being held.

For myself I don't see any value in the domain because of the limitations surroung TM issues.

Quality is a common English word- I don't think there would TM issues or?
Both qualityhotel.com and qualityhotels.com is hotel related web sites.

Does anyone else know more about it?

I did a TM search for you: Quality Hotels (Search on the link expired, but you should do a search and check it out)

Aside from TM issues, what could be done with this domain?

You aren't going to beat out Choice Hotels in any search engines when searching for Quality Hotels.

If u like this domain, then develop it immediately. Quality Hotels is good keyword one, can get better traffic. INFO domains always have low appraisal in industry if u developed it then it really hits then a real value.
