Quality Sites Wanted

This time I need quality established sites with the following requirements:

- at least two years on the net
- listings in all major SE's
- well ranked for targeted keywords/phrases
- preferably have a DMOZ & Yahoo listing
- respectable Google PR
- mainly US traffic

Idealy the site should have a varied set of backlinks that were not from within the owner's network or link exchanges.

Basically everything plays here, EXCEPT (NOT INTERESTED IN): Adult and/or Gambling. Also the site should not deal with purchase / shipping of goods.
