Quality Hosting Wanted!

Im looking for obviously cheap as possible hosting but with guarenteed uptime and good speed/quality.

I have had my bad experiences with one particualer host and if i am aloud i will name and shame this host?

The downtime on this host is quite unbelievable and the amount of data ive lost due to this is very bad and the worst thing is apparently im not entitled to a refund?

Anyway, i would like a reseller but if hosts could offer me reseller and just normal hosting package prices this would be great. Also i wont sign up to anything unless i get something in writing guarenteeing me a full refund if any problems do arise!

Thanks mate. i really like the reseller package, seems affordable. I like to go into yearly deals but i dont think i will do that again after my current host. How reliable is this host?

Also in your T.O.S It states the following..

Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our service or our service has to close for an unknown reason, you are entitled to a refund if you ordered within a period of 28 days.

So what happens if i was to have your service and everything is ok for the first 4 weeks but then its all down hill, i am then in a agreement of bascially losing money. Wouldnt i be entitled to money back then, cus you would be in breech of yourside of the contract?


And also, why should i choose Polate over anybody else?
